Time to get off work

After so many years living in that city, where I started this blog and most stories in it took place, I finally came to this city, where I come from, interesting run of life. After living here for 2 months, I realized that for the first time in 10 years I'm experiencing the season of Fall here.

I can't remember how Fall was like here 10 years ago, but I got this entry to remind me how Fall was for me in that city last year.

I'd like to believe in 2 years' time, I should be living and working and spending Fall in another city that I choose, and maybe still have the energy to update this blog and write a diary about the past Fall.

And there's this little bakery near my home, which claims "We make only one bread." By "bread" it means these doughs with poor presentation. I bought some...don't ask. But I still don't get the bakery's point of "only making one bread", and that "one bread" tastes...well, I've had better and I've had worse.

Riding on a Bumpy Road

Just now I was watching a TV program about traveling in Prague, and I couldn't help but notice the presenter, a British guy in his late 20s or early 30s, had a very inspiring talent--when he's talking, it looks like he's riding a bicycle on a very bumpy road...

I wouldn't be surprised if that was why his boss hired him, who knows what's on those crazy employers' minds these days~

So this got me thinking: if I was to make a career change now, which crazy employer would wanna hire a person like me...? I have no unique talents like bumpy road bike riding, I'm almost 30 years old, and I have gotten pretty high-maintenance doing my current job in the past few years...like last week, I only came into work on Wednsday and Thursday morning...

So why bother changing it since I have a job that allows me to hang around on weekdays in the middle of July? Let's just wait til that change comes and see what happens~

I'm one of those kids growing up listening to music from the West, watching films from Hollywood etc., I even once thought that people from different countries could all be friendly to one another despite what dirty deeds their governments were doing. But recently, with all that's going on in the world about boycotting the Beijing Olympics and things, I've confirmed that even ordinary people from other countries just HATE us, not because of what we are or what we do, just because of their ignorance, arrogance, their ability to hate things that they don't understand. They think they are better species than we are, so when our people live or work in their land, there are centuries of racism and discrimination there; and when we just try to live our life here and be good Olympic hosts, they just say we are a disgrace to the Olympics and some part of our land should be separated so that we could be qualified to host the game. Their armies invaded our country in the 19th and 20th century, slaughtered and plundered, and now their armies are still invading and killing in some parts of the world for oil, and they think we are evil? Just because of some manipulated pictures or videos released by low-lives like CNN? I don't think they are stupid enough to give their media too much credit, they just like to hate us.

But we have our tradition here, when people hate us, we don't hate them back, we just do what we should do no matter what. This is a tradition they don't know, and we just couldn't care less.

The initial intention was to cure our injuries from years of TKD practising, but let's face it: what can some hot tubs do in just two days...?

Went to see Cats the Musical the other night.

Right outside the stadium there was this Cats-y kiosk that was to be dismantled...

The staging looked so ridiculous to us...and there was a debate whether the moon had been scratched by a cat or other bad things had happened to it...

As someone who does a lot of kickboxing, I couldn't help but notice how flexible the dancers were...and that was basically all I was paying attention to during the show...no offense, Uncle Andy~

Some very wet and over-salted (lucky for us, there was beer) deep fried noodles, one of the things we ate after the show...apparently seeing a musical makes people hungry~

More than a decade ago, I was a teenager and there was a British rock band called Blur. Blur has a song that came out during that time and it goes "And the mind gets dirty as you get closer to 30..." I listened to it a lot those days and it got me thinking...I was like "Okay, so I will have a much dirtier mind in my late 20's..." that was my perspective of what I will be like when getting closer to 30.

And now here I am, already in my late 20's, and I can tell you I'm actually in a much different state of mind than dirty. But I don't think I'm able to describe what that state is like.

After what happened a while ago I have finally come up with one word to describe a little bit of it...that word is "emotionless".

It's time for cliche like "Oh, look what time has done to us..."

Two people who have a long history, who have seen each other naked, who didn't end their relationship well years ago, who hadn't much heard of each other for almost 2 years, could sit down together last Sunday to chat about the life they had been living apart and laugh about the old times when they were together. The atmosphere was like when old friends get together...it was just like telling each other "We were there but now I feel like we never were, I wish I could feel something but I can't."

It isn't nice to experience drifting apart from someone, but when you're already apart you just can't feel a thing...it's funny, though~

But it's wildly unpleasant to realize I'm such a cold-blooded ass and kind of disturbing to think of the possibility that (since I could do this with one person) I could do this with everybody...

But now let's just look on the bright side: a lot of people would say it's a blessing to be emotionless...

本来准备：１.给我的新电话买块电池，让小原电今天不用孤零零一个池过冬；２.至于阿叔我捏，就准备一枝公过冬咯～

谁知世事难料。。。兜了一圈，社会现实让我决定电池还是在掏宝买了，然后，又收到同事短信，说今晚一大帮人去吃自助火锅过冬～吃羊肉～好北的冬至。。。虽然我这种南蛮家里不是吃羊肉过冬的，不过总好过自己跟自己过啊～

然后打电话回家，老妈说今年不和姨妈小姨几家过冬了，而是去爷爷奶奶那。。。我笑，去爷爷奶奶那，注定就是北方风格的冬至了～肯定有饺子和一大堆面食，老爹肯定开心了，不过只要没有羊肉，老妈都顶得顺～不用即时弹开。。。

好～准备奔赴自助火锅的战场。。。在外面蹭了一天wifi的电话已经快把电池给吸干了。。。希望发完这篇不要断电。。。真是要快点买电池了！

上个礼拜的一天，我们几个同事中午在一起吃饭，阿冷再次发威。。。

女同事：“我这段时间吃的柚子都是酸酸的，一点都不好吃，还是你们广西的柚子好吃，我记得当年在你们桂林那儿。。。”（此处略去N字）

阿冷一脸纯真（这可是半脸胡渣28岁已婚老男人的纯真，大家小心）：“你吃的那些那么酸，是不是都是蜜柚？”

女同事：“。。。蜜柚怎么会酸。。。？-_-;”

阿冷：“我以前吃的蜜柚都是酸的，所以现在我有条件反射，一遇到酸的柚子就觉得是蜜柚。”

年头伤了肩膀，今天，它开始让我坐立不安了。。。没想到啊没想到，以前以为至少要到40岁以后才会有这种事，没想到上次受伤后这才是第一个冬天，就已经。。。
有一天我一定要对我的孙辈说：“爷爷/外公26岁就能预报天气了～”
医生是肯定要去看滴～要不真像小卉小朋友说的“成日屈住就真系翻落雨都痛囖～”。。。
但今晚只能拿热毛巾敷一下了。。。还真有点用～

Today my right shoulder, which was injured about a year ago, started to bother me...I thought this would only happen when I'm old...like, at least over 40, but it happened today...so soon--the first winter after the injury.
So I think one day I can tell my grandkids "Grandpa got the ability to forecast the weather at 26~"
I'll see a doctor when I have time, but tonight all I can do is cover it with a hot towel for a few minutes...ooh...it worked!

Windows Mobile 6.0的IE貌似牛叉一点，没有那么多限制（可能跟机子内存也有关系），所以现在我只要带着这部电话，就在哪都能更新小博了。
但移动电话的浏览器再怎么牛叉也叉不到哪儿去，比如图片上传不了。。。汗，这还有什么意义。。。我不是一贯标榜“图片博客”吗。。。？

如果唔热身，踢出黎果个就基本唔可以叫做后旋。。。好多时都觉得自己仲应该踢得更高。。。唉，真系，甘大年纪，做乜仲要甘样折磨自己这副老骨头啊。。。
但系如果郁吓郁吓郁够几十分钟我又可以踢得靓过高过呢几张图片入边呢个喔。。。
其实我最靓嘅后旋要着住牛仔裤同波鞋先踢到。。。真系搞野～紧要～

Can't seem to finish a real back spinning kick without warming up first...and most of the time I don't think I kick high enough...another proof that Taekwondo is tougher for people as old as I am...
But after some 20 minutes of jumping and kicking I do kick higher than this one in the pictures below...
I don't know why, and I know it's kinda silly, but my best back spinning kicks are thrown with jeans and sneakers on...

橙的季节之二：心不定

今年是这一个礼拜才开始买橙回来吃的。前几天批橙的时候，总是批不好，今天批的时候才回忆起来怎么批出来才漂亮。。。是现在在家大肚的某阿姆当年教我的，批的时候，皮要薄，不要割伤橙肉，然后用从下往上把白膜一点点刮掉。。。没办法，跟这个阿姆有关的事难免都和吃有关。。。尤其是她现在大肚，更加肆无忌惮，除了吃，就是吃，然后还是吃。。。当然这是题外话了～她看见了肯定要指责说我写这么一篇东西也不忘顺便侮辱她一番。。。

要这样批橙的话，心不静是批不来的。想起习惯这样批橙的那年，是我这些年心最安定的一段时间。那时毕业做事也有两三年了，也开始慢慢对现实麻木，也有意无意地不去想以后的事情，也很享受“一人吃饱，全家不饿”这样自己一个人过日子，宁愿做要一个小时，吃就二十分钟，还要收拾二十分钟，也要自己做饭自己吃。不上班的时候就在菜市、道馆和健身房之间蹦，那时在道馆里也没跟谁熟，也没学会和小孩子们做朋友，就自己很静心地在那练基本功，一点都不浮躁。

但是，那种状态只保持了不到一年，可能只有半年多而已。。。很快又恢复到了之前的两年那样，心是飘的，或者是悬的，反正就是在到处乱跑，好听点可以说是“男儿志在四方”，难听点就是“本来是被困在一个地方，心却想飞出去，但又不知道往哪飞”。最近一年，是因为真是转折点要到了，但转折的第一步是要在一个地方安安静静的怄上几年，就总是想着怎么达到这个转折点，然后那几年怎么熬，然后那几年过去后，我又去哪，或者到时一把年纪，还有没有力气和心机再去哪，那时还顶不顶得住爹娘想抱孙的压力。。。。

我不知道和我同龄的人，是不是大多数人心都定下来了，应该是吧。。。因为这个年纪，虽然说大也不大，但是27这个数字，还是证明你跟“青春”这个词已经关系不大了。我到现在为止，除了刚才说的那不到一年的时间，心都是定不下来的，没办法为了什么东西，什么事，或者什么人而定下来。三年前，有个人对我说：“我都系留系广州囖，或者我地比D心机努力D，话唔定一个唔小心就会有未来？”我说：“算啦，我都冇霖过要留系呢度，唔阻你喇～”。。。三年后想起来，我当时真是斩钉截铁刚毅果断，早知道自己是没法安定的。但是，不安定又不安心的最近一年，我还是脱离了以前那种状态，开始沾花惹草，但又怕被定住。其间，也有那么几天是被冲昏了头，觉得可以为某个人安定下来了，但是几天后就因为某些事清醒了。

我觉得我这个年纪，心还定不下来的兄弟们（女人们怎么样我就不知道了），和我一样，无非就是知道自己必须要抓紧时间尽快放弃眼前的大部分东西，给自己一个转折点，不然就没有机会了，然后还想着这些事：转折以后会遇到什么事业，或者会不会只能遇到工作而找不到事业；会遇到哪些人，遇到哪个人，遇不遇得到那个人，自己到底想不想遇到一个人。。。

五年前开始，我用一年多的时间学会了“转身就走，再也不回头，走了就忘”的绝招，这些年来受用非浅，看来只要心定不下来，以后这招还有的是用武之地～

橙的季节之一：吃橙真是有功效～～

每年11月开始，这边都会有很多江西的橙～10蚊3斤，又新鲜，比那个一年四季好像都有但又贵又不好吃的S*nk*st橙好多了～

人说多吃橙，维C多可以防感冒，大家可能都觉得这能有多大效果啊，就算它里面维C很多你能吸收多少啊。。。但是我有亲身经历。。。我有鼻炎，稍有点小小感冒，其他症状可能没有，但就是个鼻子时时波涛汹涌，稍好的时候也是fi fi fiet fiet（按字母发音。。。谁能告诉我这个南宁话短语怎么用字来写-_-;），但有几个冬天天天吃橙，竟然整个冬天鼻子都是轻轻松松的。。。然后有个冬天吃得很少，结果又是每天都感觉到鼻子那实实在在的存在！

还有其他功效咧。。。这两天的一些事，让阿叔我很不爽，而且一件接一件地来（前天晚上有，昨天上午有，昨天下午和晚上还好一点，没有，还回道馆玩了一下，但昨晚回到家，又来。。。）今天下午一觉醒来，加上睡不够，整个人就好像被一团发臭的云笼罩。。。结果批了个橙来吃，咦～感觉不错，精神爽起来了～

秋风起，冇厨房都要食腊味～

11月了，虽然白天还是有点热，但还是真正进入秋天了～从春末我搬进这套房子到现在，也有超过半年的时间了～
但是。。。我还是没有把应该是厨房的地方搞成厨房，也就是说这套房里没有厨房，冰箱也没有，也就是说，这半年来我基本没有在厨房尽显阿叔风范过。。。
人家问起，我总是说这里不方便，不想把锅碗瓢盆灶油盐酱醋米诸位大仙请进来，其实。。。是因为我只把这里当成宿舍而已，之前那个住了三年半有余的地方，我真把它当家了，所以才把所有设施搞得那么齐全～
但是以前那个电压力煲我还是带过来了～
所以在秋天吃腊味的时候，我还是可以小煲一煲腊肠饭滴～腊肉就算了。。。没东西切，这些腊肠我都是用剪刀剪的。。。

总觉得这种腊味还是梧州的最好吃，就算是在南宁买的也比这的好吃。。。虽然做法都差不多。。。
另外，其他菜系的腊味的话，当然就是四川的腊肠了～～但是那种腊肠不能用来做腊味饭的～太大油，而且还是辣的油。。。

很多人都试过，洗衣机用久了，桶里会有渣出现，衣服甩干后，会看见每件上面都粘满了这些渣，而且一碰它就散了溶了，很是核突。。。这种情况，在很多地方，可以找洗衣机客服来上门清洗消毒机器，他们有这项专门的服务。但是像我住的这种落后的地方，没有哪个客服有这项服务。。。记得几年前找过一两次，师傅上门来，说从来没有接过这种服务。。。我晕低。。。第二次，给我拆了洗衣机洗了以后，还把哪个地方的小零件搞坏了，现在我的洗衣机在脱水模式下的时候，把盖子掀来，它不会停的。。。汗。。。

所以在这种情况下，只有去买洗衣槽清洁粉，但是我用过几种，都是垃圾。。。直到我找到了这个－－上海家化的（我不是在卖广告。。。-_-;），才真管用了。。。

所以，我用我的血泪经历告诉大家，要买洗衣槽清洁粉，一定要买这个。。。

又是一篇关于道馆的日志。。。
今年夏天，比去年夏天还忙，当然都是指道馆这头的事。
但是两个夏天还不一样，去年是都怄在豪杰，苦练基本功。。。不是吹牛啊～当时真是很认真刻苦，完全不顾自己已经一把年纪，就把自己当十九二十岁的小年青了～结果真的练得和十九二十岁的小年青差不了多少～呵呵～
今年夏天就是在几个场间到处跑～坚坚仔接的场多了嘛～我也正好以“拿教学经验”为名到处玩玩，也是偷懒～而且说老实话，也是追着这位仙人跑，因为他老人家今年基本不回豪杰。。。想找他练，可要随时掌握他的行踪～累。。。

夏天走了，秋天到了。。。
道馆所有的事务也冷清下来了，我也不再成天下了班就到处跑了。
今晚，突然路过夏天时常去的那间有我们场的健身房。。。门口揽生意的小伙见我走过来，一个箭步上来
小伙：“先生，有兴趣来我们健身房健身吗？最近搞活动。。。”
我：“你是新来的吧？”
小伙：“。。。。。。？”

大叔我就慢走了，走着走着，就走到了这条路上，就是那间健身房到豪杰的路，今年夏天走了N次的。。。

I had a busy summer this year, busy with getting a blackbelt and all the stuff with our dojang.
Summer 2006 was also a busy time for me, but it was different, I spent all my free time in the dojang then.
Summer 2007...I was "always on the move"...time was spent among different branches of our dojang.

Now that summer's over, things are slow down with the dojang, I don't have to hop from one training hall to another like almost every day.
Today I accidently found myself on the road between our dojang and a training place that we're in charge of, on which I have walked so many times this summer.

既然阿小曦同学都可以闻到旧豪杰楼下D松树树枝味，就霖起当年白带果阵番豪杰训练，然后争10分钟上晚修先跑番学校嘅秋夜激情。。。我又可以系翻瑟瑟秋风嘅夜晚，行系呢条路度，霖起夏天周围走去训练果种孜孜不倦嘅精神。。。

Even I don't know what I want to say here...it's complicated...I came to this town right after graduating from college, I have a job here, most co-wokers are nice, I even hang out with some of them once in a while, I've also made a few friends here, but at the end of the day, when thinking of the time that I leave this town is drawing near, the things with the dojang are the hardest to leave behind.

有点可笑，大学一毕业就来这个鸟地方了，工作在这，也有几个可以混的同事，也交了一两个朋友，但在某一天，最舍不得的竟然是这个道馆。。。虽然已经有点是“你我曾经的豪杰”（又是引用小曦同学的话）

在家赋闲。。。所以吃粉。。。广西人早餐不吃粉吃什么～

Been hanging around and having a lot of rice noodles(for breakfast) since I got home a few days ago...

不太正斗的老友粉。。。捞头多啊，没办法。。。

广西鸡。。。你在其他任何地方都吃不到这么好吃的鸡。。。吃过就不会看得起什么江西鸡，湛江鸡，清远鸡，海南鸡了。。。只不过我们不大会树品牌，唉。。。“马山鸡”这个品牌恐怕除了马山也就只有在南宁红了。。。岑溪的什么“古典鸡”就算是香港人炒的但好像在自治区外也没打多响。。。

忙了一天，阿叔要睡觉了。。。躺在这张从大二开始每年也就只能睡一个多月的床上。。。还是体会到了从青春的大学生蜕变成阿叔的沧桑。。。不过躺在上面还是很舒服滴～～～所以阿叔竖起大拇指～

月初有个朋友当新郎官了，摆酒，请我去，我就去了，喝了他带着漂亮的新娘给我敬的酒和茶。。。两个星期后，我在某咖啡店见到这个漂亮的新娘和另一个男人在那里动手动脚如胶似漆。。。我两个月都去不到那个店一次，竟然这样都让我见到。。。我于是想：“紧要哦～～～”

昨天在办公室正在埋头苦干，突然听到后面一个老同事和人打电话：“你那有我老婆的电话吗？我不记得了。”。。。于是我想：“ooi哟。。。那么要紧啊。。。？”（注意是南宁普通话发音）

I was invited to a wedding earlier this month, the groom's an old friend.
Then about 2 weeks later, I saw the bride with another man in a coffee shop...the guy really knew how to use his hands and tongue on the married woman in public...and the best part was that she seemed to be enjoying every little bit of it...and I thought "now that's intense..."

Yesterday I was working in the office when I heard the guy sitting behind me talking to someone on the phone "Hey, do you have my wife's cell number? I think I've lost it."

一、办法是阿叔想出来的！

近阿叔睡眠不好，如果是平时，睡不好也就由得它不好吧，反正也是混日子，但最近上班人手少，鸟事又特别多；加上道馆那边我要考黑带了，怎么说报名费也是四位数啊。。。一休息不好我就浑身松但就是筋紧的一副狗样子，什么都做不了。。。

所以，我就运用上次睡眠不好时的经验，买红酒回来当安眠药。。。人家说女人是每天喝一点红酒可以帮助睡眠，而阿叔我是每次喝了大半支有点晕了好睡觉。。。还真灵～可以一觉到天亮，起床后还精神奕奕，今天还可以无限后旋了～虽然筋还是有点紧。。。

最近阿叔戒烟了。。。没事有口不是那么难喝的酒在嘴里，也算是一种“寄托”。。。汗。。。

二、饥渴的坚坚和无聊的我

坚坚弟弟为什么饥渴。。。这个问题实在不想讨论。。。有点复杂。。。

今天和他去汽车学院带课的路上，反正时间充裕，充裕到他可以开车路过某广场看着某影楼宣传摊位的美女肉紧。。。我反正也无聊，美女也值得一拍，就拿出电话，远远地“咔嚓”了一张。。。然后给小坚坚看，让他一边肉紧一边开车。。。

三、阿冷：我专业，所以我冷

同事里有个冷笑话王子，我和几个人背地里称呼他为“阿冷”。。。

为什么他那么冷。。。第一，他完全就不是故意讲冷笑话，甚至都不是想讲笑话，但是他就是出口一阵瑟瑟寒风。。。；第二，这些形成冷笑话的话题一般都是很很很专业的，所以才能那么冷。。。

他当年一个经典段子我逢人就说，所听之人无不被冰封。。。还有人最近将其广为传颂。。。

上周五晚上，道馆完事后，在外面跟道馆几个小孩一起喝着小孩喝的东西。。。这时，突然接到小B波的电话，原来B脸兽和松松去他那出差，三个大叔喝高了，就到处打电话。。。三个人轮着语无伦次地和我聊。。。

面前三个一脸稚气还不到20岁的孩子一边喝果汁一边胡闹，而电话那头，和我同样沧桑的三个老头子是醉也醺醺，好像酒气都可以从电话传过来。。。鲜明对比啊。。。
想当年我们也19、20岁在一起胡闹的时候，不也是和现在阿叔我面前这几个孩子一样嘛。。。时间一晃就过了，物去人非。。。岁月匆匆催人老。。。

唉，大学四年和那帮兄弟姐妹们朝夕相处，一起吃苦受累，毕业后大家天远地远的，四年多了，我只是两年前见过小波一次。。。他们怎么就有那么多机会见面，真是不平衡。。。

大学同学里，其实也有离得很近的，但人和人却疏远了。。。人性就是这样。

昨天龟告诉我，他现在肥了。。。日，真tm想象不出这B肥了是啥求样。。。。

（01年寒假后刚回到学校那天照的。。。夹击我这一男一女两个“禽兽”，现在一个在宁波一个在北京。。。都已经为人夫为人妇了。。。时间啊，就是不知不觉这样过去了。。。）

上次两个大叔一起做龌龊事，是一个星期前，下大雨。我刚把烟抽完，虎大叔就来了：“B，有烟吗？”我说：“靠，刚抽完”。
结果，两个都顶不住了。。。
就一人拿起一把伞，和大雨搏斗着，冲到楼下较远处小店买烟，真是可歌可泣啊。。。
